About me
I believe in the potential for healing and happiness in everyone
We all need support through the most important period of our lives.
Counselling provides valuable support during transitional periods in life, such as
entering adulthood, starting a new job, getting married, having children, retiring, or
navigating life after divorce. These transitions often involve difficult decisions, and
counselling offers assistance in making choices consistent with one’s identity.
Founder and Registered Counselor
I am Jihaan Johaadien, an HPCSA Registered Counsellor with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree from SACAP. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups, providing support for trauma, grief, anxiety, addiction, relationships, personal growth, and emotional wellbeing.
I believe everyone deserves a safe, confidential space to feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move towards healing with compassion and hope.
I believe counselling should be a safe, compassionate, and collaborative experience. Using an integrative approach, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every client. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, or personal growth, my goal is to help you build resilience, discover meaning, and move forward with confidence and hope.
